Returns Policy

At G by Gianna, we want you to love every piece you purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer store credit for eligible returns.

Return Eligibility:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items should be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Personalized or custom items, final sale items, gift cards, and seasonal items are non-returnable.

How to Return for Store Credit:

1. Contact our Customer Support team at [support email] to initiate a return.
2. Pack the item securely and use the provided return label to send it back to us.
3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue store credit via email within 5-7 business days. This store credit can be used on any future purchase.

Please Note:

• We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was received damaged or defective.
