Returns Policy
At G by Gianna, we want you to love every piece you purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer store credit for eligible returns.
Return Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items should be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Personalized or custom items, final sale items, gift cards, and seasonal items are non-returnable.
How to Return for Store Credit:
- Contact our Customer Support team at [support email] to initiate a return.
- Pack the item securely and use the provided return label to send it back to us.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue store credit via email within 5-7 business days. This store credit can be used on any future purchase.
Please Note:
- We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was received damaged or defective.
